 Difficult circumstances in my own life years ago started me on a journey towards personal discovery and healing.  Effective Christian Counseling provided me with the tools I needed to help me move forward through a season of discouragement and loss. The end result of that episode brought deep healing and immeasurable joy. It also grew in me a strong desire to minister the same type of life-changing encouragement and hope to others.

Tools To Help You Succeed

I received my Masters in counseling and became a licensed clinical social worker and pastoral counselor. I have certifications in accelerated resolution therapy, life coaching and the “I AM” Positive Choice Program. These tools have helped me find success in treating stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, grief/loss, PTSD & identity work. I love helping clients discover more about themselves, their gifts/desires, and finding a path forward to living their best lives.
